Understand the impact and the boost from the rising blog to publishing industry for the main purpose. Apply to interview with the experts to get the related data. Analyze and study the data with Blue Ocean Strategy for the research. On the basis of research framework, the research emphasizes on how to create the success from the predicament which blogs and publishing industry are in by taking totally different strategies after they cooperate to each other. The research took the most famous blogger, Sam Woo, to be the main case study, interviewing both the blogger and the publisher to get the information analyzed from Blue Ocean Strategy Canvas and SWOT. Comparing the business model of our case to Blue Ocean Strategy 6 Principles came to the conclusions: (1) Timing is the most important: do not follow the others, the information must be judged. (2) Emphasize on both innovation and conservation: innovation is for the advantage and conservation is to keep the niche. (3) Coordinate different professional to work together: simplify and make the best of all human resources.
