| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 經濟學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === Under the financial problems and welfare policy reformation, whether recent Taiwan labor elder welfare policy could satisfy elderly life and reduce children burden, hopefully through the labor elder safety economy protection present situation, qualification and condition analysis, to understand the welfare system situation when elder labor retire from laboring occupation field, the problems and threats which will be facing. The motive and objective of this research is to conclude and provide suggestion from the research result for the labor, enterprise and government to place importance on labor welfare system.
This research uses the literature analysis to make up and make conclusion on the present situation of Taiwan labor safety economy protection. The conclusion are as follow:
1.To increase labor elder economy basis, is to reduce uncertain factors and increase labor employment market.
2.To keep on labor elder life quality, is to stabilize price raising and increase labor income.
3.To stabilize labor elder income, is to reduce the risk of retirement pension investment and to increase the amount of retirement pension.
