The competition include “rating competition” and even the severely “existing environment”. Especially under the continuously shrinking of advertising market among domestic media, leading levels of every TV station make their most efforts to rich programs closing to local market and find out some blue ocean strategies far from shrinking of advertising market. The goal is to increase the revenues of their companies. After the leading levels of TV station make the operating plans and objectives, effective leading becomes the main factor in the success and failure of an organization. Every department, unit, and employee in the company is assigned to individual objectives, which make everyone head to an organization goal. This situation represents the performance of leading. However, employees heading to the organization goal in different leadership style often show different job performance and job stress. This report is based on this kind of issue by investigating the influence of different leadership style on job performance and job stress in different departments in Eastern Broadcasting Company (EBC) to find out the way to increase efficiency and effectiveness of employees to attain the organization goal. 作者未提供 倪炎元 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW
