| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 傳播管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 97 === This study investigates the current status and trends in Taiwan-Evidence form TSSCI Journals of management field. Specifically, the study adopts content analysis to review the research background, research topics, and methodologies of Taiwan-Evidence form TSSCI Journals from 2000 to 2007. The findings indicate that fields such as finance and accounting have contributed to the majority of the management-related research. In addition, Quantitative analysis has been adopted in most of the research surveyed. Moreover, the findings also suggest that there has been an increase in terms of research volume and research topics. Lastly, the management-related research has become increasingly interdisciplinary and multi-authorship in nature; there is relatively little research conducted by one single author. Given that, it is expected that there will be more joint research that focus on cross-discipline expertise and localized interests.
