And finally by observing an elementary school, we can understand how it enforces the Gender Equity Education, and figure out the actual circumstances of how the gender education policy goes. Moreover, according to the result, some suggestions to the Gender Equity Education are provided. For the purposes, Min-Fong Elementary School (a fictional name) is targeted. Observation is the main way to investigate the condition of the school’s Gender Equity Education. Questionnaires are used to the faculty and the administrators to understand the current gender education situation. Meanwhile, there are five important members working for the school chosen to be the interviewees, in order to understand how to and how hard it is to take Gender Equity Education into action. Finally, by analyzing observational records, documentaries, questionnaires, interviewing audio-writing, this study finds out: 1.The gender equity education in Taiwan is influenced by feminism which enlightens the idea of the gender equity education. Therefore, gender education is able to be implemented in every school 2.The idea of radical feminism is the core idea while the gender equity education is implementing, which emphasizes on sticking to the limitation of principles. 3.Multi-feminism has been affecting the idea of the gender equity education and its implementing. 4.In formal curriculum, gender equity education is going along with the integrated courses. 5.In informal curriculum, gender equity education is taken into action in the form of advertising, holding speech contests, and seminars, mainly in order to go along with the education policies released by the Ministry education. 6.Students’ tendency to the gender equity has been secretly affected by the teachers and the administrators, whose behavior and speeches are students’ learning targets. 7.The biggest problem among the gender equity education difficulties is that extra time is needed. 8.Teachers and administrators approve that parents’ assistance can help to make gender equity education work thoroughly. 9.To implement gender equity education, various activities are needed, and systematical evaluation is needed as well. 10.In multi-feminism, to spread out the gender equity education all over the nation, the development of the idea of Taiwan gender equity education is undoubtedly needed. By the study result, conclusions and suggestions are provided to be a piece of research reference for those who work involving in the educational field or for those who need to do more further research .
