| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 應用中國文學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === Chang HsiaoFeng, became famous with "Another end of the carpet" in the middle and later stage of 1970''’s. Her prose not only contains with classical traditional material of literature and art but also possessed of the style and features of modern literature with a high reputation in the literary world of Taiwan. The comments in writing on Chang HsiaoFeng’s works have been published successively in recent years. There is no lack of academic dissertation among them. Some made research and explanation to Chang HsiaoFeng ''s drama, some made a brief description in her articles expression of the artistry and religious meaning. In addition, there are also the discussions focuses on '' the metaphor '' rhetoric. As to go from the point of view on esthetics to research the prose format, there is no further comment about this part yet. This is undoubtedly a new territory which is worthy to be developed and adventured. Also, it is the main concern and demonstrative point in this dissertation.
In this dissertation, the " Chang HsiaoFeng prose esthetics” is the researching subject. Firstly, through the outer factor of the works, that is, the writer''s experience of life, creation idea and the prose creation situation to proceed with an objective understanding in order to grasp the appearance of her works completely. Moreover, as time goes on, to briefly state conversion in contain subject and style to reflect her prose’s characteristic in different period of time. In addition to the discussion in terms of literature, to breakthrough a new path adopting the angles of psychology and aesthetics to analyze writer’s psychological activity in the process of appreciation of the beauty.
To explore from the base of western theory of art and adopt three principles of Chu Kuang Chain creation esthetics categories ( shape intuition, psychological distance, empathy effect) describing the perception of shape intuition, the construction of psychological distance and the blend of empathy effect. Finally, the other point is to analyze the creation style of the works. From four kinds of language the observation of expression characteristic “rhetoric, abundant image , classical for today, poem prose to define the language form of the works.
After study the prose of Chang HsiaoFeng, this dissertation sums up the following conclusions:
First, it is a kind of fundamental key on the creation of her prose during the professional training of Chinese department in her college stage. Her works possesses of national consciousness and culture transmission mission than other common people. Besides, there is a thick homeland feeling as well.
Second, her prose create the topical subject, shows loving care for the society in every aspect, the expansion of the subject matter in many aspects, demonstration the expansion of the prose writers of women vision, too. It is no longer '' the pavilion prose of the boudoir ''.
Third, in her prose, we can see the experience of aesthetic feeling everywhere, with writer''s sharp and thin affection to write out the beautiful things and enriched people''s spiritual aspect.
Fourth, in her prose, he was very particular about the grace of the flowery language. The classical experience contained richly everywhere and weed out the old and bring forth the new, to endow the prose with new appearance. She is outstanding "elegant article" writer in that time.
The fifth, Chang HsiaoFeng has a preference for the modular type of prose, to response to the main subject with several small subjects. It is different from the traditional single chapter writing and present a fresh and new feeling to people, Besides, she influenced the budding young talent writing such as Chen Hsing Hui,Chien Chen, Chang ManJuan etc.
