Players are spellbound by the interactions according to a particular rule and style with the characters they created. According to the report “The Hottest 100 web” from “Business Next magazine,2008”, the researcher contemplated with the top 10 MMORPG from two websites, Bahamut and Game Base. The 10 most popular online games were categorized into 6 scenario elements, including “the element of the script in designing game scenario”, “the element of the method in game control structure”, “the element of the character design in the game”, “the element of the music in the game”, “the element of the objects in where the game take place” and “the element of the game plaza”, and 16 system items. A questionnaire was used to understand the relationshop between the scenario elements and the system items. A statistic analysis with single variation analysis and independent sample T test was used to analyze the collected data. The conclusion of this study showed that the paper doll system and the game plaza are the most important items in the online games. This study would be the referecnce for the future development of online games.
