Most stock market researchers ignore the best time of transaction due to emphasize Profit and grade rating of listed companies. However, stock is rising up and falling down repeatedly, though it is a company of best quality. Therefore, how to help investors to find a qualified company for evaluating optimum stock transaction and getting more profit is important in this paper by effective skill analysis implemented. Currently, a Classification by Decision Tree Induction ( CDTI ) will be implemented to establish a Decision Tree Model by using the information of stock net value, rate of return, active balance in 2006 - 2007 which within Taiwan Top 50 Index of stock value data in 2007. For exacting step of investment, we would guide investors to study company financial report, in furthering to understand the status of company. To decrease risks of investment is basic work for investors. Rules of Decision Tree Model established by using CDTI (Classification by Decision Tree Induction), we can analyze the relationship between the peak-low stock value of each company and MACD for Taiwan Top 50 Index in 2006 – 2007.
