| Summary: | 碩士 === 立德大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 97 === Computer technology is the most important technology in the 20 century. Computer network criminals is new type derived from this new technology. The effective management of this new technology is the basic approach to their related criminals. In this paper, five propositions are proposed as the kernel of the conceptual framework for the study on computer network criminals. Some statistical hypotheses are tested based on the data base of computer network criminals in Taiwan.
Based on the five proposition and statistical hypothsis testing, the major findins are as：
1.group criminals are more than single person criminals in Taiwan.
2.the computer network criminals are independent from sexuality in Taiwan.
3.the criminals is not independent from the geographical areas, the urban criminals much more than the county area.
4.the technology attributes of computer networks are not independent.
5.the types of technology management for computer networks criminals are not independent.
6.how to improvement the human spirit by new technology should be consider for the technology evaluation.
