This research finds: System on a chip technology mainly concentrated in G06F, H01L, G01R, G11C, C07D areas of these five. G06F field of the highest RPP for the IBM Corporation. However, in terms of RPA with Actel Corporation and Cadence Design Systems Corporation. H01L part of the company leader for the Micron. G11C part of the company leader for the Broadcom Corporation and IBM Corporation. Finally, the technology in the field of G01R, studies have shown the development of system on a chip in recent years has gradually towards the direction of the development of automotive electronics.
