In contrast to general enterprises, non-profit organizations do not aim at profiting the greatest margin for stockholders and investors. Therefore, non-profit organizations are able to publicize their ideals and have resonance from the public by means of the knowledge sharing platform so that in the process of knowledge sharing, non-profit organizations have the ability to attract members of organizations in different fields to join and share their personal experience and intelligence to continue knowledge innovation and have it well developed. Based on these purposes, this study investigates the efficiency of knowledge sharing service provided by non-profit organizations to the Internet community members, and it also evaluates related key factors. Meanwhile, in this study, field survey research is taken for Taiwan government workers’ Internet communities, and it makes careful inquiry about if there is a direct or indirect correlation between knowledge sharing intention of non-profit organizations and the internal and external factors of their members. It also investigates the impact and some related factors. The result indicates that ‘interaction,’ ‘organization feedback,’ ‘interpersonal cohesion,’ ‘community recognition,’ ‘reputation,’ ‘long-term charity’ and ‘professional ability’ have positive effects on knowledge sharing intention.
