This research the Crime Prevention Theory and the the Law Enforcement Strategy that respectively is the independent variable, take Police Politics e Platform as the intermediary variable, discusses to depends on in the variable the Organizational Performance influence. This research take in the This research take in the Taina police clerks in government offices police , the field personnel the clerk as an object, hoped that the discussion Crime Prevention Theory, the the Law Enforcement Strategy to the Organizational Performance ' influence, simultaneously examines the Police Politics e Platform, in the Crime Prevention Theory, the the Law Enforcement Strategy and work the intermediary effect which in the Organizational Performance, and aims at the findings to put forward the proposal, takes in the management the reference. Uses the questionnaire provide survey procedure, carries on the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire provides total 250, the effective questionnaire number is 200, causes the effective questionnaire returns-ratio is 80%. Will collect the material carries on the statistical analysis by SPSS. Of the analysis method contains factor and the duplicate regression analysis the narrative statistical analysis, the letter analysis, each construction surface. This findings showed: The Crime Prevention Theory, the Law Enforcement Strategy and Police Politics e Platform has extremely obviously affects; But the Crime Prevention Theory also has the remarkable influence to the Organizational Performance. The the Law Enforcement Strategy that Police Politics e Platform and Organizational Performance to have extremely obviously affects; But organizes to study also has the remarkable influence to the work achievements. The Police Politics e Platform to the Crime Prevention Theory and the Police Politics e Platform has the intermediary effect truly; The Police Politics e Platform to the the Law Enforcement Strategy and Police Politics e Platform also to have the intermediary effect.
