Annual Report pursuant to the Environmental Protection Department (EPD, 2008) show that the recoverable resources in the spam were still fairly high ratio of recycling on behalf of the people, there are considerable efforts in space. The pursuit of sustainable development environment is a tidal flow in today's world, to that end, this paper Changhua residents object for the study, way of questionnaire respondents, subject to quantitative analysis to explore the county people's garbage problem of knowledge, attitude and behavior the differences. The main analysis of this study include: descriptive statistics, t test value, one-way ANOVA and pearson correlation coefficient and so on. The results showed that: the population access to refuse the issue of information, mainly from "watching TV, listening to the radio and the Internet"; garbage problem in most of the scores showed that: Knowledge of the average Q score as high as 4.35 points, the average scores of attitude also asked up 4.17 points, while the behavior asked of the lowest scoring average, only 3.79 points. It seems therefore that issues related to people's awareness of garbage more than actions do not have enough power, so how to get people to "put their knowledge into action" is a successful key to the waste reduction and recycling. Suggest that the Government should be more use of audio-visual media to enhance the public environmental education, environmental protection induced by the people actually involved in operations for all people to work together to move up the environment.
