Because it is difficult to control the speed change, the AC motor is applied to control constant speed traditionally. Then, for the fast development of integrated circuit, the inverter of based on microprocessor become the mainstream of the AC motor. The inverter can adjust the frequency of the power. However, the ratio of slip and parameter of the induction motor may be changed by load and time-varying, so it is unable to make perfect speed control for open loop control. This research plans to use AT89C52 CPU through AC motor close loop speed control to make encoder feedback. The theory of fuzzy control does not need mathematics model, it only requires experience of technical staff's to come into bring the rule of controlling. Then, to calculate the frequency of the power obtains the good speed control. This research uses six steps of square wave inverter theories, design one simple and cheap driver circuit, The PLD IC design driver protect circuit and Encoder signal circuit. The AC Induction motor if exchange to QD axle does not have a coupling phenomenon, but at the practice, stator voltage and electric current can be measuring, this text it is succeed estimate rotor electric current for make on torsion calculate further accurate to control motor motion.
