The experiment as a result shows, the conversion rate of biodiesel along with the agitation rate of speed to increase simultaneously; using the air, compound air and nitrogen to carry on transesterification under the environment to get the best effect; under the responses of catalyst with sour and alkali, with the temperature of 50℃ and 30℃ respectively, to get the best effect of transesterification; about the time of responses it is shorten with the alkali than the sour. With the alkali catalyst responses to carry on transesterification, under the conditions of the rotary speed of high speed agitator will be 350rpm, the temperature of responses will be 30℃, the time of responses will be 20minutes, the quantity of addition of NaOH will be 0.6%, under the conditions, the yield rate of transesterification will be 98.1%; With the sour catalyst responses to carry on transesterification, under the conditions of the rotary speed of high speed agitator will be 350rpm, the temperature of responses will be 50℃, the time of responses will be 20minutes, the quantity of addition of H2SO4 will be 5%, under the conditions, the yield rate of transesterification will be 92.2%. 楊木火 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW |
