Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 97 === People almost ignore to irrigate their spirit, because they purse for material enjoyment and comfort for a long time and work hard on their job without any rest. Therefore, their spirit might be deficient and their life quality and health might be confused. The spirit accommodates between the body and mind. As it reaches the balance, one can relieve from stress. This will lead the individual to inspect the circumstance and reconnect oneself, other people, and the nature so as to gain a new equilibrium, in lived and in the work place finds the balance point, the expectation improves individual and organization intelligence development. Likewise, the spirit of personal also play a key role in the business organization. Spirit is important for personal as well as the enterprise organization. Spirit connotation should be mix in people activity curriculum and spirit education should be lent an impetus by a long time full situation system. The purpose is to help the employees’ spirit growth. Therefore, we call this research “Spirit management.”
This research takes C Company as a case to study the employees who participate in the activities of spiritual education training. As the result is described in words, the spirit education can let the employees to experience directly and connotes the industries to lend an impetus to spirit education’s guidance methods. Also, spirit education can help the employees to comprehend the important for the introspection, environment care, life inspection, content, the cultivation of positive optimistic attitude, life coordination, people contact, gratitude to nature and etc. It can let the employees to know the meanings for life inspection, life coordination, the cultivation of positive optimistic attitude and gratitude to nature. It also can let the employees to know the spiritual health’s relatedness from the meaning of their content, people contact and the relatedness to the career spirit. After the quantitative research of this research, we found five special points. The first point is that the employees will deflect to have a high standard performance for their study situation, spiritual health and career spirit. The second point is the employees will be effected their study situation standard by their different position, sex and age. The third point is that the employees will be effected their spiritual health standard by their different position and sex. The fourth point is that the employees will be effected their career spirit standard by their different position, sex, age, and seniority. The last point is that the employees’ relatedness of study situation, spiritual health and career spirit will present the forward relatedness, especially the higher influence standard for spiritual health and career spirit.
