These antennas are designed based on the use of dipole antenna, monopole antenna and loop antenna. In Chapter 2, “Miniature dipole antenna for 433 MHz band applications” the dipole antenna with two printed metal strips is with a balun element on the antenna. In order to make a printed dipole antenna, the effects of the ground plane size will be considered. In Chapter 3 “Miniature monopole Antenna for 433 MHz Band Applications” the monopole antenna with two different length of meander-line in the same plane is extended the resonant length for 433 MHz operation. In the ground plane, a kind of sleeve is attached to improve the impedance match. In Chapter 4 “Miniature Loop Antenna for 433 MHz Band Applications” a loop antenna with an L-type coupling strip reaches the resonance in quarter wavelength operation.
