So teacher plays an important role in organization of school. But the change in environment and innovation of education and social values, teacher had great change for a mission of education and trust、promise for school. The main purpose of the study is to confer on organization trust、organization commitment and teaching effectiveness of teacher in a vocational school and the relation of organization trust、organization commitment and teaching effectiveness. The study’s object is teachers at a vocational school in Kaohsiung. The study provides 350questioners, there are 250questioners to been retrieved and 229 questioners are valid. The valid percentage is 65.43%. The study adopts SEM to build the model in relation of organization trust、organization commitment and teaching effectiveness. The study’s result is that organization trust has direct effect on organization commitment ; and organization commitment also has a direct effect on teaching effectiveness. Although organization trust has non-significant effect on teaching effectiveness, organization trust has indirect effect on teaching effectiveness through organization commitment.
