Consequently, the different culture from different organization not only affect the organizational leading style of superintendent, but also affect the job performance of organizational employee at direct and indirect way to be form the whole expression of organization. That is, the organizational culture plays the important role for the leading style of superintendent. Since, there are results shows; this study adapts the statistics method to prove the assumption effect through causality of each construct as following: (1) For the assumptions of this study it is existent the difference by diversity of population variable including: 1) there are significant divergence among organizational culture, leading style of superintendent and job performance to support our result. There is also significant divergence between leading style of superintendent and seniority, which maybe show the result of long time training on the working position to create different thinking mode and processing behavior with job seniority. It is the main reason to significant result in the diversity with the leading style of superintendent. (2) For the result between organizational culture and job performance indicate that the strategically goal of performance and measurement index would be connected tightly based on the emphasizing performance of organizational culture. That is the reason, only as the pursuing motive of performance school could be established the appropriate index in accordance with the measurement of performance to rectify the strategy target carefully to aim at the internal and external environment. (3) There is a partial significant correlation between leading styles of superintendent with the job performance, that is, the assumption has been supported partially. This study infers the reason as the leading style of superintendent is only the scenario and thought of leader that has to combine with other managerial tools to create synergies. In fact, only to do so, it could be raised the real synergies and created the better expression of performance.
