To elevate its competitive advantages on globe, governmental and academic institutes have been dedicating great efforts to the conductor industry. Due to uniqueness of the conductor industry and different patterns of partnership between semi-conductor manufacturers and suppliers, suppliers may need to employ integrative strategies, establish tight partnership, and improve performance of supply chains, so as to reduce costs, elevate product quality, and enhance operation performance. Additionally, under the pressure of global competition, upstream suppliers may need to incorporate by means of information technology. Third, they may need to establish partnership and deal with the pressure of downstream suppliers, in order to effectively manage supply chains. The study adopted the questionnaires as the primary method. The data were collected from questionnaires, and then analyzed by statistical analyses including validity, reliability and causality. Due to uniqueness of the industry, totally180 questionnaires were distributed, and 180 of them were returned. Among the 180 questionnaires, 120 of them were valid. Therefore, the return rate of the valid questionnaires was 67%. III The results indicated: (1) Information sharing among semi-conductor suppliers had a significant effect on their supply chain performance management. (2)Uncertainty among semi-conductor suppliers had a significant effect on their supply chain performance management. (3)Information sharing among semi-conductor suppliers had a significant effect on their partnership.(4)Uncertainty among semi-conductor suppliers had a significant effect on their partnership. And (5)Partnership among semi-conductor suppliers had a significant effect on their supply chain performance management.
