This research use information disclosure and evaluation system to implement ago or behind and the evaluate result to analyze the company governance structure to the company performance relatedness. The result of experimentation discover that the independent consideration major stockholder owns stocks the ratio, the foreign capital organization owns stocks the ratio and the trustee owns stocks the ratio with company performance relations is positive. But after join information disclosure and evaluation system，the result good company, the stockholder owns stocks the ratio, the foreign capital organization owns stocks the ratio and the trustee owns stocks the ratio with company performance relations is negative. Expression is the major stockholder owns higher stocks the ratio, the foreign capital organization to own higher stocks the ratio, the trustee to own higher stocks the ratio company. The result possibly for not the good majority, or is the information disclosure and evaluation system can demonstrates the company information.
