However, in today’s business environment, organizational success is more dependent than ever on creativity. The qualitative approach was adopted, with semi-structured elite in-depth reviews conducted; the research aims to interview 10 participants from international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The results have findings: creativity plays an important role in the hospitality industry. All of us can be creative but ignored by the middle-level management. In order to link up with department we explore a better understanding of the organizational culture and commitment that is germane to creative. This study aimed to provide both the academe and the industry with insights into creativity in the hospitality industry. For organization mube be able to manage at the speed of change and that takes creativity, for students and employees can achieve self realization and help renew their selves and provide them with greater meaning for their work.
