By combining the TS fuzzy model with robust stable conditions, and the quadratic finite-horizon integral performance, we can design a robust optimum controller with the orthogonal function method and hybrid Taguchi genetic algorithm. First, nonlinear control systems are transformed TS fuzzy rules into a fuzzy linear dynamic models, then, three robust stability conditions are proposed and combined with the quadratic integral performance index to achieve the optimal control. Next we use hybrid Taguchi genetic algorithm to search the robust optimal controller.
