There are many approaches could be developed for renewable energies. The solar cell is one of the potential renewable energies at present, but the low efficiency of transformation in solar cell has brought about undesired. The method improves the solar cell’s efficiency by changing the different material or the solar tracking system which can makes solar panels toward the sun. In this study, we have designed and fabricated a biaxial-type condensed solar tracking system. Moreover, the computer tracking model was investigated by Labview for this system; two different logics and programs have been developed already. One was fast mode and another was normal mode. The experiment was to identify the location of the sun by the tracking system consisted of light sensors. In addition, in order to test this solar tracking system, the best tracking time period was 15 minutes on east-westward and the period of north-southward was 30 minutes. The relation between tracking time and areas of objects testified the displacement of fresnel lens. Besides, the relation between heating power and time was proved by heating copper at the different focal length of fresnel lens.
