Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械與精密工程研究所 === 97 === The competition of machinery industry is very severe in recent years and the controller is well-known to be the most important core technology of a machine control. Human machine interface serves as the commanding system of the controller and can therefore be used to buildup the value-added application and enhance global market competitiveness. Furthermore, a human machine interface system can facilitate intelligent, user friendly, multi-function and CAD/CAM system, and therefore have great potential to become the futuristic machine tool key module. This study mainly aimed at a turret drilling center development on its intelligent human machine interface system. The system planning uas conducted by UML methodology focused on the function and operation flow analysis before the system was to be developed. The system was developed through Microsoft Visual C# 2005 environment, and integrated by Direct 3D graphics technology for constructing the virtual drilling center machine. This research has successfully developed an intelligent human machine interface system. This system has integrated a parametric 2D CAD system and drilling process design system. An user may plan drilling process and fill in the process parameter based on 2D CAD data, then the system could be used to generate workpiece NC program, and the constructed virtual drilling machine center could be adopted to verify the drilling processes. An operator can learn the operation of a real machine by virtual machine so as to avoid potential machine collision and dangerous operation.
