Besides, Taiwan is located in the subtropical zone, and the amount of sunlight exposure is rich, especially in the mid area and south area where is a good place to develop solar energy. Nevertheless, the conversion efficiency of solar panels is low, so how to increase the absorbability of solar energy of solar panels is a worthwhile topic. According to the previous reference, if we can make solar panels which aims at sun vertical any time, it will increase generation capacity 50%. The main goal of this research is that how to rise the efficiency of absorbability of solar panels. Solar panels are fixed generally, so the effect is not good. Regarding to the solar tracking system, we usually use photo resister to detect voltage, and we get sun’s location was by calculating the comparator circuit. Then, we use motors to drive solar panels to make solar panels and sun perpendicular. But if we do this, the cost of motors will be raised. Moreover, it will also consume energy by motors. Therefore, we publish the solar tracker driver of exempts consumes energy. This device was made by ingredients which are distorted with temperature.
