Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 97 === Outage scheduling in distribution system is frequently carried out in the routine works such as maintenance, extension, and/or facility replacement. The scheduling involves the amount of outage loading, timing and sending of work teams, and the number of working days, etc. The performance of outage scheduling greatly affects the quality of the power service and it is inherently an optimization problem of discrete and multi-objectives with fuzzy time sequences. In this thesis, genetic algorithm is proposed to deal with the optimal outage scheduling. The uncertain time period needed for a work is considered and integrated in the evolutionary algorithm. Multiple types of engineering teams and multiple zones for the scheduling are considered simultaneously. Also, the uncertain get-into and get-off time of the engineering teams are tackled by fuzzy operations in the genetic algorithm. Partial of a practical distribution system located in Tainan area in Taipower distribution system is exploited in this thesis fir the computer simulations by the proposed algorithm. From the simulation results, it shows the high effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for the outage scheduling problems that involving time uncertainty.
