| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 97 === The study of Load Characteristics investigation can provide very important basic data to enhance the precision of such as Load Density Estimation, Load Forecast and Load Synthesis Estimation. The Load Synthesis Estimation is a kind of procedure which is on the basis of the Load Characteristics investigation research; the order of estimating procedure is first divides Taipower Company‘s customers into 10 major contract categories, and then sampling for investigated object customer with delaminated random sampling method. Subsequently, installs electric meters for the customers in order to obtain the customers’ demand data of every 15 minutes. Furthers, combines the customer attribute data that is acquired from information department, and then estimating customer’s load characteristics, industrial load characteristics and contract load characteristics. In addition, adding up each contract energy sales per month and entire system energy sales per hour in order to estimate Taipower 10 major contracts’ time-sharing demand occupied ratio of entire system. Eventually, estimates each contract’s daily load synthesis of entire system, and also enables the power company’s accounting department and business department to estimate the cost of contract time-sharing power generation, so that there will be a basis for each kind of energy sales cost estimation and power rate setup.
