碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 97 === Due to the information development is rapidly, and under the quick, convenience and management demands, health care institutions have been used management system of information medical, and bring effective management for hospital. Portion is convenient to manage medicines and doctor’s prescription. Executive Yuan draws up that users have the registration of medicines control need to control the residual medicines after they used. Besides, this shall be destroyed with related executive of medicines control, and make records. However, general medicine institutions don’t control definitely regarding the inventory of control medicines and prescription. Therefore, if there is no safe control measures, it will be related the life safety of patient and payment from medicine institutions. So the using of medicine control is extremely important. The main purpose of this study is in order to control medicines safety, based on the well-developed and widespread RFID technology can be login control system of identity distinguish ability. It can improve the defects that only need user name and password to login into system to obtain data. However, only the control system of RFID login cannot be confirm the identity truly. Therefore due to combination of function with a secret watermark key technology, health care institutions into the information on drug safety information management, application of information systems in the control of drugs. Hospital pharmacies can be combined with RFID watermark information of the drug control technology, the hospital administration to strengthen security, ensure the normal operation of the health care system and patient medication safety.
