碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 97 === In this thesis, the main purpose is adopted to monitor the production line operation-flow of device or equipment for the semiconductor factory. In order to enhance the performance or efficiency of the production line, it is integrated the mobile technology by using hand-held personal digital assistant (PDA) for the remote wireless monitor application system. It is constructed the management system of mobile machine for establishing indoor positioned environment to track or search the real-time relevant indoor positioned points or locations. The proposed system of this thesis is implemented the radio frequency identification (RFID) reader to acquire machine location and the relevant status、data or message. It is also operated at remote terminal via heterogeneous wireless network system to monitor the progress for reducing the interference factors and limitations of noisy communication environment. The remote manager can acquire the database of production line by using wireless and mobile networks to improve the efficiency capability and convenient for reducing the human resource and cost.
