碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 97 === There is a great variety of multi-function meters. They are generally divided in to the analog and digital types. The digital multi-function meters are more user - friendly because which show the measuring results with digital data instead of an indicator used in an analog meters. With an attempt to further improve the multi-function meters with a more user-friendly interface, an AVR micro-controller ( ATMEL Corporation) is used to provide the Analog – to- Digital Converter ( ADC ) function , data treatment for digital display and sound broadcasting in the digital speech system. The results show that this novel digital speech multi-function measuring apparatus is practicable, and worth application of patent and creation of market.
