Considering that ERP is a huge and complicated system, if the instructional system in school can be promoted in order to train students to acquire ERP-related knowledge and master the operation procedure and process, then students’ adaptive ability and competitiveness for entering the workplace will be strengthened. The department introduced Workflow ERP with the subsidy of MOE’s(Ministry of Education) Integration of Manufacturing and Commerce Project from 1999. This instructional system has 3 modules including distribution, manufacture and finance. Distribution module aims to lead the students to understand and keep updated of selling information in the market in order to swiftly respond to customers’ needs appropriately; manufacture module aims to map out the best capacity for an enterprise along with the consideration of flexible manufacturing ability; finance module leads the students to understand cost management, operation cost analysis and product accounting analysis of an enterprise and timely and precisely control the manufacturing cost and financial status. The promotion of ERP instructional system assists students to acquire the in-depth knowledge of Enterprises’ E practice. ERP’s integrated information and standardized process and operation allows enterprises operate smoothly, respond to customers’ needs in the market rapidly, and finally promote enterprises’ overall competitiveness. This article worked out a questionnaire to investigate students’ learning performance in order to provide references for the promotion of ERP instruction.
