碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 97 === It is the knowledge-based economy times in the twenty-first century. Researchers focus on how to utilize the knowledge for enterprises competition promotion. The knowledge which is used to develop the new products is existed. Hence, the authors attempt to discuss that how to set the verification basis of product quality and the target value of product specification with knowledge creation. In this study, it establishes the process of quality verification basis and designs two questionnaires with modified Delphi method application. After that every question which is in the first questionnaire obtains experts consensuses, the article could enter the process of the second questionnaire. The authors adopt non-parametric sign test method to examine that whether the questionnaire results have significant differences or not and decides the critical quality verification indicators. Throughout this study model proposed, it can achieve the quality assurance system quickly and accurately and help companies to create the knowledge effectively and promote the competition advantages.
