In recent years, many companies use the concept of production postponement to redesign the products and manufacturing processes to delay the point of product differentiation and overcome the above-mentioned difficulties. In this study, the simulation model of process postponement decision-making system is built, and a simulation experiment design and data analysis are executed. Finally against the average flow time for the ordering process performance indicators, the impact factors of order flow time in the postponement model are identified and discussed.
