Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 97 === In recent years, development situation about domestic employment market to basic level employees is more and more unfavorable, especially to aboriginal who have lost their jobs. There are only few studies about enhancing employability of aboriginal through vocational training program, therefore, this study collects relative documents and arranges the research construction, carrying out questionnaire and statistical analysis pointing at relativities between personal background factor, the attitude towards employment, working characteristics, satisfaction of training and employability, respectively. The result shows that aboriginal’s ability about thinking, learning and realizing, which is associated with employability, can change their attitude towards employment and strengthen the necessary knowledge-developed ability about solving problems, furthermore, enhancing their employability . Besides, personal age, educational background and years of work experience influence aboriginal’s knowledge development of enhancing problem solving ability through training, so to affect their employability totally.
