In addition to, there are few researches to examine the relationship between Career Strategies and Career Outcomes(Career Success, Career Satisfaction). Therefore, the purpose of this study presented in this article is to examine the relationship among Meaning of Work, Career Strategies and Career Outcome; and the moderating effects of gender on the relationship between variables. Subjects were different industry and hierarchy of managers on a convenience sampling method. A total number of 337 valid samples was obtained from 460 respondents, yielding a rate of 73.26 %. The findings of the study are the following: 1. Meaning of Work is significantly associated with Career Strategies; obtains Career Success and Career Satisfaction which used Career Strategies are different. 2. Career Strategies have mediating effects on the relationships among Meaning of Work, Career Success and Career Satisfaction. 3. Gender moderates the relationship between Meaning of Work-Calling and Career Strategies-Other Enhancement.
