Nevertheless, a survey most of the articles has disclosed points to a lack of the analysis from psychological perception of individuals. Therefore, the purpose of this research is mainly to find out the relationships among psychological empowerment, psychological capital, transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. To avoid common method variance, data through the questionnaire are dyad-approach collected from 267 employees and supervisors. This study utilized the hierarchical regression analysis method to analyze the relationship among all the variables dealt with. The present investigation finds psychological empowerment and psychological capital respectively have a positive effect on the transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Psychological empowerment and psychological capital through the mediate effect of transformational leadership has also directly influenced the organizational citizenship behavior.
