Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系 === 97 === This study, based on social exchange theory and taking leader-member exchange (LMX) and team-member exchange (TMX) as mediators, explores the correlation between transformational leadership (TL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study, via questionnaire survey and collecting data from dyadic supervisor-subordinate samples of public and private organizations, acquired 216 usable surveys, for a response rate of 91%. The study result indicates that transformational leadership has positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, and the TL-OCB relationship is influenced by the mediating effect of LMX and TMX. This study also provides implications for public and private organizations, and suggestions for future research.
