In order to have a competitive edge, the organization needs a clear grasp of knowledge and innovation capacity. Another focus in the knowledge-based economy is the organizational learning capacity. Furthermore, an organization improves its performance through organizational learning and innovation. In this study we sent out a total of 385 questionnaires. Eighty-seven questionnaires were recovered with 80 valid questionnaires. We used the SPSS12.0 software package to conduct sample analysis which includes reliability, factors, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis. This study proves that an organization needs to have a good learning capacity, and integrates the external knowledge to improve the organization. Good organizational learning capabilities can contribute to innovation in organizations as well as allow absorption of external knowledge to improve the organization’s performance.
