This research scope covers Shuei-Nan and CCK airports, and their routes. For the data collection, information includes airport relocation policy, transportation system, past transporting capacities of all routes in Shuei-Nan and CCK airports, comparison of airline companies’ deployment before and after relocation, operation of airlines, airplane types and utilization in Taichung route. Secondly, according to transporting capacities of all airports in Taiwan, the data mentioned above are verified by actual values. Finally, the framework of operation analysis is decided. In the content of framework, the demand of airport operation is forecasted through two divided scenarios: conservative and optimistic and they are acquired from the analysis of transporting capacities in the past. According to the analysis, it can be concluded that the routes of Taichung airport have not been changed during the initial phase after relocation. However, because of the business performance had failed to maintain what it was before relocation, airline companies significantly cut the original routes and flights in order to keep the airport and airline companies operating under business loss. This research uses DEA method to analyze the business performance and efficiency of Taichung airport after the relocation from the year of 2001 to 2006. By adopting airport staff, expenditure, sortie of taking off and landing, passenger's number, and freight transportation tons of annual airport, five measuring indicators and using CCR and BCC models of DEA method to evaluate the business performance of Taichung airport, this research provides a counter strategy and recommendation for business to improve performance. 劉建浩 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 50 zh-TW
