| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 97 === The commercial competition compels enterprises to intensify its management system, not only to meet customer’s requirement, but also to enhance its management perspective to achieve a continuous operation. The current known international standard management systems, for instance, ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system etc., can be implemented with a project management program. The frame of this program composes of 5 processes and 9 knowledge fields, containing 42 elements. Besides, it also comprises 5 specialized fields. They are project management knowledge system, specialized knowledge/standard/regulation related to project management, environmental knowledge, general management knowhow and interpersonal relationship skill. With this project management a unique task or product can be well completed under the condition of the time limitation.
The mentioned project management case study is aimed at ISO 9001 to implement the quality management system. Other management systems can also adopt this program to improve its performance constantly and satisfy the customer’s requirement. From the research results it is verified that this project management case study for ISO 9001 can be applied to the education and design as teaching material.
