碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 97 === With the advance of E-commerce in recent years, both the fair exchange and non-repudiation mechanisms are required to satisfy major E-commerce properties. It is also an important issue of designing safe fair exchange and non-repudiation protocol. This research surveys and compares the validity of non-repudiation evidence which provides dispute resolution mechanism in the fair exchange protocol. Four design goals to create new non-repudiation evidence in fair exchange protocol are also given. The proposed fair exchange protocol is based on the functionalities of offline trusted third party (Off-line TTP).
