Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 97 === During the research and development process of the 3C industry in Taiwan, due to the effect of those factors, such as the shrinkage of the product life cycle, vibration of the raw materials prices etc, the quality of product design, and the use of the new technologies, the quality of the making decision in the new product design process will have the direct impact on whether the new product design project is successful or not, and affect the competitiveness of the enterprises.
Through the analysis of industry status, during the process of the “New Product Development”, the enterprises often face how to choose the core development of the new product and the allocation of the R&D personnel.
Therefore, the thesis discusses with the implementation of the “Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment” to help the enterprises to establish the evaluation system before the starting of the new product development in order to attain the optimal and effective result for the new product development.
