碩士 === 開南大學 === 財務金融學系 === 97 === The global warming problem was serious day by day, which was unable to be improved effectively, the various countries' governments were taken to reduce CO2 emissions to prevent the continuing deterioration of global warming, bicycles were used gradually and widely. Beside people start to concern about health gradually, increasing the time in riding and then countries encouraging saving energy in expending trails. Petroleum price get higher and higher resulting in slow economic growth and inflation, especially in advanced countries. Bicycles industry development in Taiwan toward to high quality product, but in the statue of decreasing spending in advanced countries will affect the need in bicycles of Taiwan. At the same time, export from china also impact Taiwan heavily. This research will evaluate the performance efficient by DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis）in the aspect of earnings in bicycle companies. And expect to find the efficiencies and suggestions by analyzing the rates between input and output.
