Expert interview was also employed to evaluate the relative significance of the factors. This study concluded 7 constructs and 29 evaluation factors. Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, hierarchical structural model was used to design the questionnaire. Outstanding Internet banks were selected from financial institutions for analysis, in order to find the key success factors. The results indicated that the seven key success constructs of Internet banks are: “security control planning” with the highest weight ratio (0.237), followed by “webpage design” (0.168), “cost efficiency” (0.153), “information management” (0.134), “diverse management” (0.128), “operational management” (0.114), and lastly, “human resources” (0.064). In addition, this study constructed a decision-making reference model for operational success, which combines cross-disciplinary and integrated study on information management and diverse management, as well as the extended application of consumer behavior theories.
