Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 物流與航運管理學系 === 97 === The shortage of materials and workers often cause the bottleneck of operation in the traditional overhaul operation. Production control information can not be immediately passed to the managers, resulting in no appropriate response to the decision-making and impacting of capacity to play. Excessive accumulation of products will increase in business-related inventory costs, and ultimately affect the delivery time and customer satisfaction. RFID is a control technology that could transmit, track, identify and connect goods. Through the digital signal transmission, it could effectively integrate information of each department in an enterprise that will lead to the significant enhancement of visibility of the goods during the manufacturing process. Using the advantages of RFID technology to actively return the production and inventory information and to achieve operating paperless, improve information accuracy, timeliness and good visibility, and become a RFID-based operating control network. According to the delivery in the current limitative status of global trade and cost competitive environment, utilizing the RFID-based network of production and materials management to control the logistics, information flow, business flow and the financial flow can achieved a target without the wall of the communication realm. The RFID-based network can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this study, to build RFID production information real-time monitoring system in the engine-overhaul factory is the research base. To collect the required production management and materials management information during the overhaul and material supply process and to analysis the bottlenecks in the production lines based on a system simulation methodology. Using the solution logic for production bottleneck of TOC theory we make alternatives which to mobilize personnel and improve the material control. Meanwhile, we evaluate the degree of improvement on the shortage of materials, the parts waiting time, the total operating time, and the efficiency of production by simulation.
