Description
Summary:碩士 === 高雄醫學大學 === 藥學研究所 === 97 === A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method with diode array detection (DAD) is described for the simultaneous determination of melamine, cyanuric acid, ammeline and ammelide in food. The HPLC separation of the analyte was achieved on a Phenyl-Hexyl column (250 × 4.6 mm I.D.; 5 μm), using a mobile phase, consisting of 100 mM sodium borate buffer, pH 7.0 at a flow rate of 1.4 mL/min. 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid was used as internal standard. Diode array detector (DAD) was used, with melamine, cyanuric acid, ammeline and ammelide monitored at UV 214 nm. The linear range for the determination of melamine, cyanuric acid, ammeline and ammelide were 0.25 – 40 μg/mL, 0.5 – 40 μg/mL, 0.5 – 40 μg/mL and 0.5 – 40 μg/mL, respectively.
