However, the importance of environmental monitoring gradually starts to reveal suddenly. It''s very keen to environment''s change for general protozoans. The paramecium is not only easy to be collected and procreated. On the other hand, it’s very easy to nurture and breed on the laboratory. To acquire the paramecium is convenient. And then, the tiny paramecium active in a limit space and the experiment will only occupy a small area. To sum up, the paramecium will be selected as our major study subject. Generally speaking, the organism’s survey machines use precise microscopes. But the price is a heavy burden on our laboratory. So the research changes universal webcam into a microscope. It can lower the research’s cost. Develop a set of fast and algorithms of performing that the light source has a little effect on it. Write down the pace of the paramecium, area while observing and orbit, kind is written down newly. Then we can draw the paramecium’s orbit in time, the research personnel will conveniently to observe and survey. The system we developed can plot the moving route of the paramecium immediately twenty-four frames per second. The resolution of our movie is 320pixel*240pixel.
