Therefore, for promoting the academic reputation and lasting development of the university, it is a crucial issue to support suitable and effective service to the faculty and students. However, earning customers’ satisfaction is an important issue to the library. This research use a case study of university library to propose a system dynamics model to demonstrate the effect of users’ satisfaction with an inter-reaction of other factors. In fact, the users’ satisfaction and reused intention are dynamical and complex issues, which contain the university policy, library service quality, hardware, users’ expectation, and social environment. The result shows that the users’ satisfaction of University Library is affected by the interaction among university, library manager and users. This provides a reference not only for other researchers in related study, but also for other library managers.
