The quasi-experimental study design and purposive sampling were taken. The study objects are those BMI have excess 27 kg/m2 and took weight reduction treatment in specific regional teaching hospital of Kaohsiung County. The assessments of physiological function and structural questionnaire are based on prior/after three months of treatment separately. Among all the 77 patients, 26 objects have no sex behavior, 11 objects did not accept the prosecution re-treatment, 6 objects provided invalid information; only 34 objects considered effective ones. To analyze the collected data, SPSS statistical software was applied and it covers: the analysis of current situation of the obese objects, t-test and couple t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression analysis. The study results presented as following:1.After weight reduction, BMI, body fat, depression and sexual function present significant difference. 2. The change of depression and sexual function (Organic and Psychogenic) present the significant negative correlation, after weight reduction. 3.The difference of depression and sexual function (Organic and Psychogenic) present the significant negative correlation, before weight reduction..4. Before/after weight reduction, the difference of BMI and sexual function (Organic) presented negative correlation, 5.Through depression change can effective predicted sexual function difference (Organic and Psychogenic) and present significant positive correlation, after weight reduction. 6.Before weight reduction, the depression change can effective predicted sexual function difference (Organic and Psychogenic) and present significant positive correlation, Through depression change can effective predicted sexual function difference (Organic and Psychogenic) and present significant negative correlation. 7. After weight reduction, the BMI change can effective predicted sexual function difference (Organic and Psychogenic) and present significant positive correlation. Overall, the study results provide suggestions about the obesity weight reduction treatment for clinical staffs nowadays/afterwards. none 楊東震 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 76 zh-TW
